The Schlück agency, based in Hanover, was founded in 1973 by Eva and Thomas Schlück and is now managed by the two managing directors Bastian Schlück and Joachim Jessen. It is probably the largest literary agency in Germany and represents German-speaking authors at home and abroad and provides translation rights for German-language book publishers for international publishing and agency clients . We represent well-known authors for our international publishing and agency clients. The agency has also had an office in Munich since January 2011. We work with co-agents on special projects outside of our core business.
